About the Role

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Social Media Manager to join our team at 10x Nora Oliver LLC. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance our brand presence, engage with our target audience, and drive business growth. This is a remote position, but you will be required to attend monthly on-site meetings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute creative and effective social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads for the company.
- Manage and maintain social media accounts across various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create, curate, and publish engaging content that aligns with the company's brand voice and values.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and opportunities to engage with the audience.
- Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports on the performance of social media campaigns.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends, best practices, and technologies in social media marketing.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media strategies with overall marketing objectives.
- Conduct social media audits to identify areas for improvement and optimize social media presence.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and optimization.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers, bloggers, and industry professionals to facilitate collaborations and partnerships.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media platforms.

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
- Experience in developing and executing social media strategies and campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong copywriting and editing abilities.
- Proficiency in using social media management and analysis tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and practices is a plus.
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or a related field is preferred.
